ABSTRACT

In view of the problems that the current medical colleges and universities have in the process of training artificial intelligence talents, such as the mismatch between training goals and industrial needs, the separation of medicine and engineering in curriculum setting, the disconnection between practical teaching and industrial reality, and the lack of interdisciplinary ability of the faculty, This study proposes a new four - dimensional collaborative talent training model (training goals, curriculum system, practical links, and faculty). Specifically, a training goal model with a three-layer structure of "foundation-core-application" was constructed; a curriculum system integrating three elements: "mathematical foundation, computational intelligence core, and medical scenario mapping" was designed; a three-stage, progressive school-enterprise collaborative practice mechanism, encompassing "basic experiments, case training, and clinical internships," was established; and a faculty team construction strategy of "introduction, training and mutual communication" was implemented. The research findings reveal that the new model has achieved a profound fusion of artificial intelligence with medical knowledge, thereby markedly enhancing students' innovative capabilities and practical proficiency. The new model offers a novel benchmark for nurturing artificial intelligence talents in medical colleges and universities, while also furnishing a practical and viable roadmap for advancing and innovating within medical education quality under the background of "new medical science ". multiple disciplines should be vigorously promoted.
